I am a skilled Learning Desginer with experience in designing engaging, evidence-based learning experiences that turn complex and technical subject matter into clear, practical learning.
With experience across rail, aviation, defence, fire safety and sustainability, I work with subject matter experts to take projects from analysis and learning design through to storyboarding, digital development, video, assessment and evaluation.
My work includes eLearning, video, simulation, VR, instructor-led learning and blended programmes, with a particular focus on scenario-based learning and behaviour change.
