Digital Learning and eLearning

I design and develop engaging digital learning across a wide range of technical, safety-critical and professional subjects, including rail, fire safety, domestic retrofit, sustainability and health and safety.

My recent work includes designing complete digital learning programmes and regulated qualifications, combining eLearning with tutor-led workshops, scenarios, practical activities and assessment.

I manage projects across the full instructional design lifecycle, from analysing business and learner needs and working with technical SMEs, through to learning design, storyboarding, development and assessment. I use tools including Articulate Storyline and Rise 360, incorporating scenarios, decision-making activities, multimedia and knowledge checks to encourage learners to actively apply their learning rather than simply consume content.

Across all projects, my focus is on ensuring the finished learning is engaging, practical and aligned with the required business objectives, learning outcomes and competence standards.
